Um ehrlich zu sein, nein.<\/p><p>Ich ern\u00e4hre mich mehr oder weniger normal, wende aber einige Nahrungserg\u00e4nzungsmittel an.<\/p><p>Ich nehme morgens Powercocktail und Restorade von fitline. Ab und an auch noch Eiwei\u00dfdrinks.<\/p><p>Mehr nehme ich im Moment nicht.<\/p><p>Und warum nehme ich das? Mir geht es darum ausreichend mit Mineralien und Vitaminen versorgt zu sein und noch viel wichtiger ist es, keinen Muskelkater zu bekommen.
